We’re seeking a delivery-focused Business Analyst with strong Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service experience to support a case management system implementation.
You’ll drive requirements, manage the backlog, and work closely with stakeholders, developers, and testers to ensure successful delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead requirements elicitation, analysis, and documentation
- Translate business needs into user stories & acceptance criteria
- Manage and prioritise product backlog (Azure DevOps)
- Support sprint planning, release planning & delivery coordination
- Collaborate with dev, vendor & test teams to drive outcomes
- Support UAT, defect resolution & data migration activities
- Maintain clear stakeholder communication
- Proven Business Analyst experience in complex delivery environments
- Strong Dynamics 365 (Customer Service / CRM) expertise
- Experience with backlog management & Agile delivery
- Proficiency with Azure DevOps
- Strong stakeholder engagement & communication skills
- Experience with UAT, system implementation & integrations (Teams, SharePoint, Outlook)
- Government or regulated environment experience (Ideally)
- Power Platform (Power Apps / Power Automate) exposure (Ideally)
- Data migration experience (Ideally)
