Business Services Manager – TOP 50- Internationally associated with a leading alliance present in over 110 countries
- Reporting to the Managing Director with a clear progression pathway to Director
- $125-150k package + bonus depending on experience

A key component of this professional services firm is their Business Services & Tax division. Offering their clients support with compliance, business benchmarking & modelling, succession planning, data analytics, tax planning, structuring, virtual CFO, corporate finance & advisory.
This high achieving firm are looking for an ambitious and motivated manager to join their business services & tax team with hope that you will progress to become Director in the next 2-3 years. The firm a reputable and well known name in the accounting world. This role is to report the Managing Director of the Sydney office so you will receive great mentorship and have access to an exciting client base.

- Be proactive to developing and maintaining client relationships for a broad group of clients from business owners to professionals from a diverse range of industries including Healthcare, Hospitality, Education and Medico. Managing a mixed back of clients worth $800k-1m in fees, ranging from ASX listed to SME’s and complex family groups.
- Managing the workflow for your designated client base, ensuring they remain compliant, work is delivered by your team to a high standard and deadlines are met.
- Coaching the team to achieve business objectives. Manage their performance and development.
- Billing & WIP management
- Review and assist with compliance & advisory work - tax advice, tax planning, structuring, CGT, buy & sell, valuations and solving other complex client issues.
- Have a minimum 6 years experience in an Australian based public practice firm, ideally from a 5+ Partner firm.
- Be CA/CPA Qualified
- Currently in a team management role with experience managing WIP and billings.
- Highly developed report writing and communication skills
