About the company 


Our client is looking for a Campus Receptionist to be the first point of contact in greeting students and parents, managing orders of stock for the office and attending to ill or injured students when required. Are you a professional, friendly, and proactive receptionist or secretary seeking your next role? 


Responsibilities  
The successful candidate will also be responsible for the following:  

  • Managing a inbound calls and address queries over the phone 
  • Greet clients and customers at reception 
  • High level administrative support to the team 
  • Support enquiries and put calls through to the relevant departments  
  • Management of email, meeting rooms and online bookings 
  • Scheduling meetings and appointments  
  • Researching and booking travel arrangements for staff members 
 

Requirements/Skills 

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills - must be professional, approachable, friendly
  • Experience working in a busy receptionist role advantageous 
  • Previous experience managing sick bay would be advantageous 
  • High attention to detail 
  • Competency with IT systems 
  • Must be well presented
