Change Manager – Technology Transformation- 12-month FTC with possible extensions
- $140k – $150k + Super
- Sydney CBD or Central Coast location
- Hybrid – 3 days in office
We’re seeking an experienced Change Manager to support two high-impact, enterprise wide technology transformations: a greenfield ERP (SAP S/4HANA) implementation and a Warehouse Management System (WMS) rollout. This is an exciting opportunity to shape business-critical change across finance, supply chain, distribution, and warehousing functions within a dynamic global organisation.
About the Role
In this cross-functional role, you’ll be responsible for planning and delivering the change strategy across both transformation programs. You will play a pivotal role in driving user adoption, stakeholder engagement, communications, and training—ensuring employees are well-supported throughout the journey and that business benefits are realised.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute end-to-end change management plans across enterprise-wide technology transformation projects
- Lead effective stakeholder engagement to build alignment, manage expectations, and address concerns
- Design and implement communication strategies to ensure consistent and timely messaging to all impacted audiences
- Develop and deliver targeted training programs and materials to support user readiness and adoption
- Conduct change impact assessments and readiness evaluations to inform planning and decision-making
- Work collaboratively with project teams, business units, and vendors to embed change effectively
- Monitor change adoption, gather feedback, and make adjustments to support sustained outcomes
About You
- Proven experience in delivering change management for large-scale technology transformation projects
- Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, and training development/delivery skills
- Ability to work across complex organisational structures with multiple stakeholder groups
- Experience working in ERP project environments is highly advantageous
- Confident, collaborative, and solutions-focused, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organisation
- Change management certification (e.g., Prosci, CCMP) preferred
