An exciting opportunity to join a forward-thinking organisation working across both internal & external communications among a team of six. The role will report to the Head of Brand and will be responsible for predominantly internal communications aiming to grow staff engagement and will undertake communications activities on ongoing projects and campaigns.  
 
Main responsibilities: 
  • Develop communications and engagement plans 
  • Work closely with various internal and external stakeholders to successfully implement the approved communications and engagement plans in line with internal and external standards and best practice
  • Coordinate external contractors to design, print, install and distribute project communications  
  • Maintaining relationships with key stakeholders  
  • Oversee external campaigns across the organisation and create appropriate content
  • Research and write speeches for the senior leadership team when required 
The successful candidate will: 
  • Minimum of 6 years’ experience working within communications & projects
  • Strong interpersonal skills, high level stakeholder engagement 
  • Experience managing community concerns/ issues  
  • Experience working with Sharepoint, MS Office & Meltwater
  • Previous experience working in larger organisations would be advantageous
