Job description
- Campaign & asset manaegment | Partner with the CEO
- Based in South East suburbs | Office based role
- Health based organisation, work on collateral
The role:
- Support the marketing asset sign-off process, manage deliverables, and monitor deadlines
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, agency partners, and creative vendors to ensure timely creative and asset briefs, content approvals and adherence to brand guidelines
- Manage end to end promotional campaigns
- Collate, organise and archive all marketing assets (e.g., images, videos, copy, logos, templates) on shared drives to ensure easy searchability and retrieval
- Assist in managing the intake and trafficking of creative requests, ensuring all necessary information and approvals are secured at each stage of the asset development
- Identify opportunities to optimise marketing campaigns
- Create and prepare presentations, creative briefs, and post-campaign recaps as required to support marketing activities
- Play a key advisory role across various projects internally
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant area such as communications or marketing
- Minimum of 2-3 years experience in communications both writing and developing strategy
- Demonstrated experience partnering with various departments
- Strong organisational skills and able to work under pressure
- Excellent communication and engagement skills
- Hybrid working
