Job description

  • Campaign & asset manaegment | Partner with the CEO 
  • Based in South East suburbs | Office based role
  • Health based organisation, work on collateral 
Reporting into the Senior Manager Brand & Communications, this role will support a wide variety of teams across the organisation with various campaigns & projects but will focus predominantly on supporting various marketing and commercial business priorities, ensuring smooth operations and timely delivery of Marketing and Paid Media campaign. 

 

The role:

  • Support the marketing asset sign-off process, manage deliverables, and monitor deadlines
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, agency partners, and creative vendors to ensure timely creative and asset briefs, content approvals and adherence to brand guidelines
  • Manage end to end promotional campaigns
  • Collate, organise and archive all marketing assets (e.g., images, videos, copy, logos, templates) on shared drives to ensure easy searchability and retrieval
  • Assist in managing the intake and trafficking of creative requests, ensuring all necessary information and approvals are secured at each stage of the asset development 
  • Identify opportunities to optimise marketing campaigns
  • Create and prepare presentations, creative briefs, and post-campaign recaps as required to support marketing activities
  • Play a key advisory role across various projects internally  
About you:

  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant area such as communications or marketing
  • Minimum of 2-3 years experience in communications both writing and developing strategy
  • Demonstrated experience partnering with various departments
  • Strong organisational skills and able to work under pressure
  • Excellent communication and engagement skills
