Job description

- Initial 12-month contract (possibility of extension)
- Up to $1000 p/d + super (40 hour week)
NSW Government Agency is looking for a Contract Development Manager to join their team in Parramatta. You will be responsible for leading the development and establishment of cross-government next generation $150M facilities maintenance services contract across asset such as; schools, courts houses and fire stations.
The Role:
- Strategically manage a team of specialists overseeing the redevelopment of all facilities management processes and developing workable, cost-effective solutions and compliant contract management processes
- Manage the consolidation and verification of asset databases for all technical and other facilities
- Procurement and management of specialist consultants including technical consultants
- Prepare requests for tender for shortlisted suppliers including; Conditions of Tender, Schedule of Rates, General Conditions, Special Conditions, Specification
- Prepare and update reports, including, background information, data analysis and summaries, operational issues, remedial and corrective actions undertaken, provider performance, reporting functions
- Complete detailed 12-month spend analysis of the volume and type of spend across each facility
About you:
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline and/or previous industry experience in Facilities Maintenance or Asset Management
- Experience with commercial facilities maintenance contracts such as; schools, courts houses and fire stations
- Strong communication, report writing and stakeholder engagement skills
