Temporary Corporate Receptionist- Corporate Receptionist
- Monday 16th June – Friday 8th August
- Brisbane, CBD
- $35 per hour + super
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors with a warm, professional manner
- Act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Manage incoming calls and direct them appropriately
- Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- Assist in scheduling meetings and appointments
- Provide administrative support across various departments
- Monitor and order office supplies as needed
- Assist in organising office events and activities
About You:
- Previous experience in a reception role within a corporate setting is essential
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Friendly, professional telephone manner
- Able to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
