About the Role:
- Provide exceptional service to clients by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience with our organisation.
- Use your outstanding communication skills to interact with clients and internal teams, both verbally and in writing, ensuring clarity and professionalism.
- Perform various administrative tasks including scheduling, data entry, and managing documentation to support the team and ensure efficient operations.
- Manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating agility and responsiveness to changing demands.
- Represent the organisation with a high level of professionalism, maintaining a positive and proactive approach in all interactions.
- Work closely with team members and other departments to support overall business objectives and contribute to a cohesive work environment.
- Demonstrated experience with Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong understanding and experience in customer service principles, with a proven ability to handle diverse client needs
- Ability to make informed and effective decisions.
- Strong ability to interact and communicate effectively with others.
- Skilled in identifying issues and developing solutions.
