Customer Success Manager – Legal Tech AI- Permanent Full-Time Position

About the Role
As a Customer Success Manager, you’ll support clients through onboarding, implementation, and ongoing engagement. Your focus will be on building strong relationships, understanding each customer’s needs, and ensuring they gain long-term value from the product. You’ll also work collaboratively across internal teams to support product improvements and identify opportunities for growth within accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with a global portfolio of customers
- Drive successful onboarding, training, and roll out programs for small to enterprise clients
- Understand client objectives and tailor product strategies for optimal adoption
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Support teams to ensure seamless customer journeys
- Deliver insights and feedback from customers to internal teams for continual improvement
- Identify upsell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities within accounts
- Reduce churn and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
- Conduct product demos and regular customer check-ins
- Travel domestically and internationally to strengthen client relationships
- Analyse usage and engagement data to enhance customer experience
What You’ll Bring:
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a scientific or analytical field, awarded at distinction level (2:1 Honours UK / GPA 3.5+ US or equivalent).
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to present confidently to varied audiences
- Highly organised and able to manage multiple projects
- Strong problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
- A proactive, driven, and customer-first attitude
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, innovative environment
- A genuine interest in legal technology, AI, or SaaS platforms
