A growing Legal Tech company is looking for a Customer Success Manager to join their expanding team. With a strong global presence and clients spanning law firms and large corporates across 60+ countries, the business offers a collaborative and fast-paced environment focused on delivering meaningful solutions through AI-driven technology.

About the Role

As a Customer Success Manager, you’ll support clients through onboarding, implementation, and ongoing engagement. Your focus will be on building strong relationships, understanding each customer’s needs, and ensuring they gain long-term value from the product. You’ll also work collaboratively across internal teams to support product improvements and identify opportunities for growth within accounts.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with a global portfolio of customers
  • Drive successful onboarding, training, and roll out programs for small to enterprise clients
  • Understand client objectives and tailor product strategies for optimal adoption
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Support teams to ensure seamless customer journeys
  • Deliver insights and feedback from customers to internal teams for continual improvement
  • Identify upsell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities within accounts
  • Reduce churn and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
  • Conduct product demos and regular customer check-ins
  • Travel domestically and internationally to strengthen client relationships
  • Analyse usage and engagement data to enhance customer experience

What You’ll Bring:

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a scientific or analytical field, awarded at distinction level (2:1 Honours UK / GPA 3.5+ US or equivalent).
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to present confidently to varied audiences
  • Highly organised and able to manage multiple projects
  • Strong problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
  • A proactive, driven, and customer-first attitude
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, innovative environment
  • A genuine interest in legal technology, AI, or SaaS platforms
