An opportunity for an immediate start to take on an initial 3-month contract with longer term opportunities. Working for a global organisation who have a powerful impact on sustainability, while delivering an enhanced customer experience. Reporting into the Customer Service Manager, you will utilise your strong customer service and administration skills in a growing and fast paced team, where no two days will be the same.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Supporting customers with technical issues over the phone and email
- Scheduling technicians to attend site
- Email correspondence
- Provide administrative support to the department
- Raising purchase orders
- Invoicing
- Updating orders on the CRM
- Previous customer service experience
- Great knowledge of the MS office suite including Word, Excel and Outlook
- Proven experience working in a fast paced environmentWork effectively and autonomously to specific deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy
- Excellent communication skills
