About the company: 

 

Be part of this growing global organisation who is going from strength to strength in their field. Their offices are in the South-eastern suburbs. Currently working from home and will transition to a hybrid model. You must be able to drive as unfortunately public transport is not conveniently located.

 
You will be a part of a collaborative small knit team. You will be working with a hands-on manager who will support you with 121 training and assist with your development.

 
You will be working full-time on a rotating roster, 7.30am-3.30pm or 8.30am-4.30pm.  
This role is to start ASAP.

 

Your key responsibilities include: 

  • Order processing
  • Data entry
  • Providing 5* customer service over email and occasionally via phone
  • Work collaboratively as a team to reach deadlines
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
  • Take the extra mile to engage customers 

 

You will have the following: 

  • A drive to provide an excellent service
  • Some customer service experience, either face to face or over the phone
  • Drive to succeed and go the extra mile
  • Confident picking up computer programmes
  • Team oriented approach
  • Proficient MS Office Skills
  • Ability to work un-supervised and meet deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
