  • Pay Rate: $36.11 per hour + Super
  • Position requirement: Part Time role – first 8-10 weeks training period are FT hours (35 hrs)

About the Role:

Our client is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join their Call Centre team in Eden. This is an on-site position requiring the successful candidate to deliver high-quality customer support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
  • Respond to inquiries via email, phone, and in-person.
  • Handle administrative tasks and use multiple computer systems effectively.
  • Maintain professionalism and adhere to government standards.
  • Qualifications and Skills
Essential:
  • 2–3 years of customer service experience (e.g., call centre, retail or administrative roles).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Intermediate computer proficiency, including:
    • Typing and navigation skills.
    • Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook and Teams).
  • Excellent email etiquette.
  • Quick learner, with the ability to adapt to new systems and technologies.
Desirable:
  • Previous government experience.
  • Experience working in an office environment.
