Immediate start: 3 positions available 1 x full time, 2 x part time. Initial 3 weeks full time required for training
Part time option 1: 4 days per week, 7 hours per day (28 hours per week)
Part time option 2: 5 days per week, 10am -2pm (20 hours per week)

Our client is seeking Customer Service Representatives who have the ability to meet and improve our customer and stakeholder service delivery, along with responding to enquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner. This is a fantastic working environment within a friendly supportive team and opportunities for ongoing work within the Government sector.
Your core duties will include:
Responding to customer enquiries in a professional and timely manner.
Providing information and resolving customer issues as well as escalating and directing enquiries to the appropriate departments as required
Using Council specific systems (training provided)
Build successful partnerships with customers and service providers.
Ensure company policies are complied with at all times.
Maintaining databases and record keeping procedures
Skills and experience:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
At least 6 months experience required in a customer service call centre environment
Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise own workload.
Follow defined WHS policies and procedures
Tech savvy - Ability to pick up new systems and experience with Microsoft 365
