Job description
- $32.73ph + Super
- Located in Paramatta
- Immediate start: 3 positions available 1 x full time, 2 x part time. Initial 3 weeks full time required for training
Your core duties will include:

Responding to customer enquiries in a professional and timely manner.

Providing information and resolving customer issues as well as escalating and directing enquiries to the appropriate departments as required

Using Council specific systems (training provided)

Build successful partnerships with customers and service providers.

Ensure company policies are complied with at all times.

Maintaining databases and record keeping procedures
Skills and experience:
-
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- At least 6 months experience required in a customer service call centre environment
-
Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise own workload.

Follow defined WHS policies and procedures

Tech savvy - Ability to pick up new systems and experience with Microsoft 365
