Role Overview:

As the first point of contact, you’ll play a key role in shaping how clients experience the company. You will manage inquiries, resolve issues, and provide clear information about financial products and services. Ideally, you have a finance background and excellent communication skills, thriving in a team-focused environment.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond promptly and professionally to inbound calls and emails regarding loan applications, account queries, and product information.
  • Efficiently resolve customer concerns while ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services to offer accurate advice tailored to client needs.
  • Collaborate closely with colleagues and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Accurately document customer interactions and resolutions using CRM tools.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Finance, Business, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 1 year’s customer service experience, ideally within a call centre environment in the financial industry.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Team-oriented approach with a willingness to support and learn from others.
  • Analytical mindset to identify issues and deliver timely solutions.
  • Genuine enthusiasm for helping customers and creating positive experiences.
