Role Overview:
As the first point of contact, you’ll play a key role in shaping how clients experience the company. You will manage inquiries, resolve issues, and provide clear information about financial products and services. Ideally, you have a finance background and excellent communication skills, thriving in a team-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to inbound calls and emails regarding loan applications, account queries, and product information.
- Efficiently resolve customer concerns while ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services to offer accurate advice tailored to client needs.
- Collaborate closely with colleagues and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Accurately document customer interactions and resolutions using CRM tools.
Requirements:
- Degree in Finance, Business, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year’s customer service experience, ideally within a call centre environment in the financial industry.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Team-oriented approach with a willingness to support and learn from others.
- Analytical mindset to identify issues and deliver timely solutions.
