Customer Success Manager – Legal Tech / AI

  • $110K–$120K + Super 
 
A growing Legal Tech company is looking for a Customer Success Manager to join their expanding team. With a strong global presence and clients spanning law firms and large organisations across 60+ countries, the business offers a collaborative and fast-paced environment focused on delivering meaningful solutions through AI-driven technology. 

About the Role 

As a Customer Success Manager, you’ll support clients through onboarding, implementation, and ongoing engagement. Your focus will be on building strong relationships, understanding each customer’s needs, and ensuring they gain long-term value from the product. You’ll also work collaboratively across internal teams to support product improvements and identify opportunities for growth within accounts. 


Key Responsibilities 
  • Manage relationships with a global portfolio of law firm and in-house legal clients 
  • Lead onboarding and implementation processes, including training legal teams on AI use cases 
  • Leverage your legal background to engage confidently with clients on concepts such as, contract review automation, clause extraction, document comparison, risk flagging, and legal knowledge management 
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Support teams to tailor solutions to client workflows 
  • Conduct platform demos and regular client reviews to ensure continued value 
  • Gather client feedback and usage data to improve product features and user experience 
  • Identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities 
  • Attend client meetings and legal tech events (domestic travel required) 
 

What You’ll Bring 
  • Degree qualified and 2–5 years’ experience as a lawyer in private practice or in-house
  • Familiarity with legal workflows involving document review, contract lifecycle management, or regulatory compliance
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex AI concepts in plain legal terms
  • A strong client-focused approach with a problem-solving mindset
  • Comfort working in a fast-moving, tech-driven environment
  • Bachelor’s degree 
  • Experience with LegalTech, SaaS platforms, or legal operations is highly desirable
