Data Analyst - Research & Insights
Job Description
As a Data Analyst with Chatbot Experience, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the performance and effectiveness of our chatbot systems. You will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to improve user experiences, optimize chatbot interactions, and help us make informed decisions to drive customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the development team to extract, transform, and load data from chatbot interactions and other relevant sources.
- Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in chatbot performance.
- Create and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and user engagement metrics.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve chatbot accuracy, user satisfaction, and efficiency.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of chatbot conversations, identifying areas for improvement.
- Implement A/B testing and experiments to optimize responses and user experiences.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst with a focus on chatbot technology.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and languages, such as Python, R, or SQL.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with chatbot development and deployment platforms.
