- Manage outsourced development partners, ensuring quality, timeliness, and value.
- Facilitate and participate in Agile ceremonies (planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, backlog grooming).
- Write, review, and maintain high-quality code in PHP (Laravel) and Salesforce APEX.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Oversee delivery of projects and enhancements across PHP, Salesforce, and .NET platforms.
- Drive best practices in deployment, code versioning, and environment management.
- Maintain technical documentation and foster knowledge sharing across teams.
- Identify opportunities to optimise processes, architecture, and automation.
- Support the Head of Group Technology with strategic planning and capacity management.
- 7+ years of software development experience, with at least 3 years in a technical leadership or management role.
- Strong proficiency in Salesforce APEX; PHP (Laravel) and .NET experience highly regarded.
- Proven ability to lead distributed teams and manage third-party vendors.
- Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and experience running Agile ceremonies.
- Strong problem-solving, architectural design, and project delivery skills.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, version control (GitHub), and code review practices.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
- High attention to detail and commitment to code quality.
- Experience integrating third-party systems and APIs.
- Familiarity with tools like Jira or Azure DevOps.
- Salesforce, Agile, or development certifications.
- Ability to foster a collaborative, high-performing culture across remote teams.
