Job description
- Sydney CBD / Hybrid
- Initial 6 mths contract
- Pays up to $72.23 p/h + Super (7hrs working day)
NSW Government Agency is looking for an E-Learning Specialist with a specialisation on developing & designing online modules to join their team!
You will be responsible for the design and development of online training materials, resources and facilitator guides, Quick Reference Guides and e-learning modules for rollout across the NSW Government.
About the role:
Design, develop, implement, and monitor e-learning and online training materials, programs, and platforms.
Work in collaboration with managers and internal stakeholders to identify training needs, curriculum, and modules.
Develop and maintain a user centric system and quick reference guides and overview videos where applicable.
Monitor training feedback and review and/or improve systems accordingly.
Design and publish all resources and material (including online and paper based) and ensure they provide appropriate support to the business.
Essentials:
- Qualifications and/or proven work experience in L&D/Instructional Design/E-Learning.
- Demonstrate abilities to utilise software for design and learning management systems (LMS).
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
