In this role, you’ll support managers and internal stakeholders with complex employee relations and workplace matters, including investigations, grievances, performance management, and policy development. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage complex ER/IR matters including complaints, investigations, performance issues, restructures and misconduct
- Provide expert guidance on employee and industrial relations matters
- Partner with P&C Business Partners and managers to build capability in ER/IR
- Contribute to policy development, case management resources, and best-practice toolkits

- Assist with WorkCover and WHS-related issues as needed
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Law, or a related field
- Strong technical knowledge of Fair Work legislation and relevant Awards (SCHADS knowledge highly desirable)
- Demonstrated experience managing complex ER/IR cases end-to-end
- Excellent communication, problem-solving and stakeholder engagement skills
- Prior experience in the not-for-profit, health, or community services sectors preferred
- Opportunity to make a meaningful impact within a mission-driven organisation
