Job description

  • $40ph + super
  • Initial 3 month contract with the opportunity to apply for permanent position
  • Sydney CBD location/Hybrid
  • Full time, Monday to Friday
  • SAP experience required
  • Open to WHV holders

We are seeking an administration professional who is ready to hit the ground running, ideally with SAP experience in processing invoices as you will be working closely with the Finance and People and Culture team. You will be working in a friendly and supportive team in a fantastic CBD location close to Central Station with hybrid working flexibility. This is an initial 6 month contract with the opportunity to apply for the permanent position when this becomes available.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Invoice processing using SAP
  • General accounting support including accounts payable, ordering and banking
  • Records and database management
  • Managing the Facilities inbox
  • Supporting the People and Culture team with tasks including recruitment administration, venue bookings, catering, room set up and pack up and material purchase and preparation 
  • Liaising with the outsourced provider GovConnect
  • Taking general enquiries over the phone and email as required
  • Other ad-hoc duties

Skills/Experience:

  • Previous experience with SAP or a Government role is highly beneficial - we require candidates who are ready to hit the ground running
  • Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
  • Great attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Strong administration skills
