Job description
Finance Administration Assistant - Local Government- Immediate start, initial 3 month contract with view to extend
- $33.46 per hour + super
- Blacktown location
- Full time, Monday to Friday, 35 hours per week
Day to day responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Processing applications
- Answering customer enquiries over the phone and email
- Records and database management
- Processing refunds
- Data entry
- Creating purchase orders
- Processing invoice payments
- Other ad-hoc administration tasks as required
- Previous experience is essential, Government experience is beneficial
- Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
- Great attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong administration skills
