About the Role:
As the Finance Team Administrator, you will be providing support with a wide range of administrative duties to support the CFO and wider finance/shared services team.
This will be an initial 3-month Fixed Term Contract with potential to extend.
You will be required to:
- Processing company expenses
- Raising purchase orders
- Updating internal systems
- Meeting coordination
- Document preparation
- Assisting with processing invoices
- Stakeholder management
- General administration to support the CFO and their wider team
- Exceptional attitude, immaculate presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills are key to success in this role
- At least 1-2 years Administration experience is preferable
- Precious experience in an admin focused role within a finance team would be highly regarded
- The ability to deal with internal and external stake holders at all levels
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to self-manage and work well under pressure
- Efficient and competent in Microsoft Office suite (Essential) and Concur (preferred)
