About the Role:

As the Finance Team Administrator, you will be providing support with a wide range of administrative duties to support the CFO and wider finance/shared services team. 

 

This will be an initial 3-month Fixed Term Contract with potential to extend. 

 
You will be required to:

  • Processing company expenses 
  • Raising purchase orders 
  • Updating internal systems 
  • Meeting coordination 
  • Document preparation 
  • Filing/Scanning 
  • Assisting with processing invoices 
  • Stakeholder management 
  • General administration to support the CFO and their wider team

 

About You:

  • Exceptional attitude, immaculate presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills are key to success in this role
  • At least 1-2 years Administration experience is preferable
  • Precious experience in an admin focused role within a finance team would be highly regarded
  • The ability to deal with internal and external stake holders at all levels
  •  Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to self-manage and work well under pressure
  •  Efficient and competent in Microsoft Office suite (Essential) and Concur (preferred)
