FP&A Analyst- Budgeting, forecasting, commercial, business partnering focus
- Hybrid working, Melbourne location, close to public transport
- $120K plus super
About the company
A well established leader in the FMCG space, internationally listed, and driven by growth. You will be working alongside a well established and experienced finance team. You will be closely working with the Senior Commercial Manager and business partnering with non-finance functions, Sales, & Marketing, to help and support business decision making.
Role summary
A vital role within the FP&A team. Your job will go beyond just budgets and monthly KPI reports, you'll work across all departments to assist with business decision making.
About the role
- Partnership with sales & marketing leadership, driving effective and efficient pricing, promotion, and strategies.
- Reviewing compliance
- Identifying areas for continuous improvement
- Supporting the senior manager with findings, models, and analysis
- Budgeting & forecasting.
- Presentations for senior stakeholders to support business decisions
Skills & experience
- Tertiary qualification in Accounting & Finance; CA, CPA preferred
- Experience working for a medium-large size entity with end-to-end management accounting experience
- Must have experience business partnering with non-finance functions
- 1-3 years FMCG experience
- Strong communication skills
