Finance Analyst – Property & Facilities ManagementHybrid | CBD | $102k Package
Looking to step up in a hybrid role and build your commercial finance experience? This Finance Analyst role sits within a well-known property & facilities management business and is ideal for a Junior Analyst, Assistant Accountant, or Assistant Management Accountant ready for their next challenge.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Manage purchase orders for call outs, maintenance visits and materials—ensuring preferred suppliers are used and best practice is followed.
- Drive accurate vendor payment processing and maintain strong working relationships with suppliers.
- Support the FM team and Finance Lead with financial queries, month-end tasks, budgeting, forecasting and internal reporting.
- Compile accrual data and liaise with FM, Engineering and Guest Relations teams to ensure reporting accuracy.
- Maintain all PO activity in internal systems, ensuring proactive record keeping and financial integrity across the contract.
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding of third-party contractors.
- Provide admin support across vendor management, projects, budgets and financials when needed.
- Ensure all actions comply with legal requirements and uphold professional and commercial standards.
- Deliver additional tasks outlined in the Master Service Agreement as required.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in an Assistant Accountant, Junior Analyst or Assistant Management Accountant role
- Newly qualified or part qualified
- Strong Excel skills and confidence analysing data
- Great communication and the ability to work collaboratively with operational teams
- Someone organised, proactive and eager to grow
