Finance Analyst

Job description

• Manage purchase orders for call outs, maintenance visits and materials—ensuring preferred suppliers are used and best practice is followed.
  
  
• Drive accurate vendor payment processing and maintain strong working relationships with suppliers.
  
  
• Support the FM team and Finance Lead with financial queries, month-end tasks, budgeting, forecasting and internal reporting.
  
  
• Compile accrual data and liaise with FM, Engineering and Guest Relations teams to ensure reporting accuracy.
  
  
• Maintain all PO activity in internal systems, ensuring proactive record keeping and financial integrity across the contract.
  
  
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding of third-party contractors.
  
  
• Provide admin support across vendor management, projects, budgets and financials when needed.
  
  
• Ensure all actions comply with legal requirements and uphold professional and commercial standards.
  
  
• Deliver additional tasks outlined in the Master Service Agreement as required.
  
  

• Experience in an Assistant Accountant, Junior Analyst or Assistant Management Accountant role
  
  
• Newly qualified or part qualified
• Strong Excel skills and confidence analysing data
  
  
• Great communication and the ability to work collaboratively with operational teams
  
  
• Someone organised, proactive and eager to grow
