About the company 

 

Our client is looking for a front desk receptionist to be the first point of contact over the phone and in greeting clients. Are you a professional, friendly, and proactive experienced Receptionist who will be assisting with events and organising catering.  With an immediate start for a 2-month temporary position.

 


Responsibilities  

 

The successful candidate will also be responsible for the following:  

  • Greet clients and customers at reception 
  • Support enquiries and put calls through to the relevant departments  
  • Management of email, meeting rooms and online bookings 
  • Assisting with events and catering
  • Scheduling meetings and appointments  
  •  

Requirements/Skills 

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills - must be professional, approachable, friendly
  • Experience working in a corporate receptionist role 
  • High attention to detail 
  • Must be well presented
