Job description
- Fernbank location | 3 month contract
- $55 - $60 per hour, plus super
- Advising on OHS best practice in accordance with legislation
Our clients’ expectation is to be in the office 3 days per week and working from home 2 days.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide day to day WHS advice and support to leaders and employees
- Ensure compliance with Victorian WHS legislation and internal policies
- Conduct workplace risk assessments, incident investigations, and audits
- Support injury management and return to work processes
- Contribute to the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of WHS systems
- Deliver safety reporting, insights, and recommendations to key stakeholders
- Tertiary qualification in WHS, OHS, Risk Management, or a related discipline
- Proven experience in a Health & Safety Advisory role (sector experience advantageous)
- Strong working knowledge of WHS legislation and regulatory requirements
- Confident communicator with the ability to engage and influence at all levels
- Practical, solutions-focused approach to safety and wellbeing
