We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to join our HR team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to support various HR functions and contribute to the growth and success of our company. This is a 12-month contract position with potential for progression within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the HR inbox, ensuring timely and accurate responses to employee queries.
  • Provide HR advice and support to employees and managers on various HR-related matters.
  • Assist with end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and documentation.
  • Support the HR Manager in implementing HR initiatives and projects.
  • Contribute to the development and improvement of HR policies and procedures.
  • Assist with HR reporting and analytics.
Key Requirements:

  • Relevant tertiary / graduate qualifications in Human Resources  
  • Previous experience in an HR support or coordination role.
  • Strong understanding of HR practices and principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
