- Full-time role | 5 days in the office
- $80,000 – $92,000 + super, 5 weeks of annual leave
- Previous experience in a recruitment role | well-developed communication and inter-personal skills
About the Role
This is a hands-on recruitment role suited to someone with strong experience in end-to-end recruitment. You’ll play a vital part in enhancing the candidate experience, supporting hiring managers, and streamlining recruitment and onboarding processes during a period of organisational transformation.
Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinating recruitment campaigns from initiation through to onboarding
- Building strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates
- Managing systems and processes related to recruitment, reporting and compliance
- Contributing to continuous improvement of recruitment practices in line with HR systems implementation

- Experience in recruitment process improvement and use of systems
