Our client is a fast growing and progressive public practice firm, with a team of around 20 across Sydney and Melbourne, they specialise in Business Services, Tax and Wealth. Their clients include ultra-high-net-worth individuals and family groups

About the Role
We’re looking for a Senior or Heavy Intermediate Accountant to join the Business Services team. You will work closely with a successful leadership team to manage a diverse portfolio of clients, including some with turnovers exceeding $200m, as well as international clients, complex multi-entity groups and UHNWI
Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing financial statements, tax returns, BAS/IAS for complex entities
- Exposure to advisory work
- Direct client contact
- Collaborating with Partners on high-level strategy and advice
- Contributing to a strong team environment and mentoring more junior staff where appropriate.
The ideal candidate will have:
- 3+ years in Australian public practice (intermediate to senior level)
- CA/CPA qualified or in progress
- Strong communication and client engagement skills
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a transparent, collaborative environment
- A genuine interest in learning, adding value, and being part of a team
