Logistics Coordinator- 6-Month Fixed Term Contract (FTC) – Potential to Go Permanent

Key Responsibilities:
- Process and manage customer orders, track delivery dates, and liaise with third-party logistics partners to ensure timely dispatch.
- Maintain accurate customer data and improve order processes through systems integration.
- Act as the main contact for third-party logistics operations including warehousing and final mile transport.
- Monitor and resolve logistics incidents and returns, working closely with customers and partners.
- Report on logistics metrics and drive operational improvements.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Support teams.
- Proven experience in a logistics coordination role, with the confidence to operate independently from day one.
- Strong working knowledge of SAP is essential.
- Experience working with third-party logistics providers and managing warehouse and transport processes.
- High-level communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
