Our client , Federal Agency is looking for one organisational communication change manager to join our professional team.

The organisational change manager’s role will include strategy development, production of an implementation plan, and design of communication products to support the role out of the new system.

The Services, delivered in collaboration with the agency's personnel, include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Develop and implement change management strategy and method to deliver sustainable results
  • Develop change management plan based on business demand, challenges, and implications. The change management plans including communications, trainings, stakeholder engagement, and impact analysis.
  • Work with stakeholders in planning, developing, and executing change initiatives for the project.
  • Work effectively in a small team environment
  • Provide knowledge / skills transfer to other team members.

The successful candidate will work closely with the project team, including the Business Analysts, to produce a strategy tailored to the new Dynamics system.

A friendly and outgoing nature will help engage with business users to get the most from their solutions, as well as build great business partnerships.

Critical thinking skills and excellent documentation skills will assist the team in delivering reliable, robust and innovative digital solutions.

The work will be dynamic, varied and flexible, and the successful applicant will play a strong part in steering the direction of work and the work of the team.

6 Months contracts with extensions
