About the Company

A great opportunity for an experienced Personal Assistant with ASIC experience who is looking for an initial contract position  Supporting a lead partner and team with a client focus to the role.  You will be an integral part of the business and acting as these busy partners right hand always. This role is initially a contract opportunity.  

Working with a team of experts in their field who are dedicated to exceptional financial solutions servicing clients within the NFP, Health, Government and many more.

 

About the Role

If you are an ambitoius learner, the role will present variety in your day with the following:

 

Key skills/ responsibilities:   

  • Full diary and email management 
  • Providing assistance to directors
  • Committee meeting support 
  • Support with statutory lodgements and requlatory requirements including ASX and ASIC
  • Coordinating meetings 
  • Preparing reports & presentations 
 
About you: 
  • 2-3 years experience within a corporate environment working with ASIC as a PA
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills 
  • Ability to prioritise your work while working under pressure 
  • Strong attention to detail 
  • Pro active approach towards your work
