Job description

  • Initial 5 month contract with potential to extend
  • Paying up to $91 per hour + super
  • Based in St Leonards, hybrid working 

 

Lead and manage a team responsible for leading the policy framework for the prevention and management of serious wrongdoing within the workplace for this NSW Government Agency.

 

About the role:

  • Lead and manage a team responsible for leading the policy framework for the prevention and management of serious wrongdoing within the workplace.
  • Assessing and managing the appropriate allocation of matters.
  • Identify, prioritise and oversee the development of tools, resources and training materials to support and embed the policy framework
  • Work with key external stakeholders, to share business intelligence and to identify strengths, emerging trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Prepare high quality written reports, briefs, correspondence, and cabinet documents to inform or respond to agency or Government requests.

 

About you:

  • Tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience in a related discipline.
  • Experience in managing allegations of serious wrongdoing, or in conducting HR-related investigations
  • Demonstrated ability to interpret and apply relevant legislation and related policy frameworks.
