- Initial 5 month contract with potential to extend
- Paying up to $91 per hour + super
- Based in St Leonards, hybrid working
Lead and manage a team responsible for leading the policy framework for the prevention and management of serious wrongdoing within the workplace for this NSW Government Agency.
About the role:
- Lead and manage a team responsible for leading the policy framework for the prevention and management of serious wrongdoing within the workplace.
- Assessing and managing the appropriate allocation of matters.
- Identify, prioritise and oversee the development of tools, resources and training materials to support and embed the policy framework
- Work with key external stakeholders, to share business intelligence and to identify strengths, emerging trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Prepare high quality written reports, briefs, correspondence, and cabinet documents to inform or respond to agency or Government requests.
About you:
- Tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience in a related discipline.
- Experience in managing allegations of serious wrongdoing, or in conducting HR-related investigations
- Demonstrated ability to interpret and apply relevant legislation and related policy frameworks.
