Our client an education body, based in the northern suburbs are looking for a Project Coordinator to join their Professional Development team. You will be reporting directly into the Professional Development Manager and working alongside a Specialist.
You will be supporting with wider organisation with professional development plans, resources, and training to upskill. Generally scoping out the knowledge gaps across the organisation.
The role is full-time and is based on site.
Your key responsibilities include:
- 1st point of contact to the wider organisation for any professional development enquiries
- Generally, support the administrative function of the department
- Manage the day-to-day operational aspects of Training Curriculum Project
- Ensure industry best practice and professional learning into all training design strategies and initiatives
- Coordinate and manage internal and external project plans, actions & project risk administration activities
- Participate in the development of learning material
About you:
- Cert IV in Training & Assessment or tertiary qualification in a relevant field is preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication including report writing and presenting
- Project management experience
- Strong administrative and customer service background
- A positive and proactive approach to work
- Proficient in MS Office suites
- Ability to work cross-functionally and think critically and strategically.
