Job description

The Role:

You will play a key part in the Business Services Group providing support services to the organisation at all levels. This will include a range of high-quality reception duties and administrative services to support the achievement of organisational outcomes in a timely, reliable, and efficient manner.

The key responsibilities will include:

  •  Manage the reception desk and greet all visitors in a welcoming manner.
  • Answer all phone calls to the main business line in a professional, prompt and courteous welcoming manner. Transfer and refer calls accordingly or take and send messages when appropriate.
  • Monitor the organisations general email inbox, and refer these inquiries in a professional manner.
  • Perform administrative tasks accurately and in a timely manner, including photocopying, filing and database maintenance.
  • Provide support to program and planning staff, assisting with organising meetings, preparing meeting papers and agendas.
  • Provide ad hoc assistance and perform other duties as assigned.

About you:

  • Strong communication skills and a demonstrated ability to convey information in a professional and welcoming manner, both verbally and in writing.
  • Excellent knowledge and experience of MS Office Suite. Microsoft CRM or salesforce.
  • Proven capacity to display initiative and drive.
  • Capacity to work collaboratively and operate as an effective member of a team.
