About the company 

 

This opportunity is for a leading global automotive company located in Melbourne’s Northern Suburbs! This is a permanent role for someone who has exceptional interpersonal skills, who is able to maintain professionalism while having a laugh at work as well. This is a highly customer centric role and you requires the successful candidate to be the face of the brand.    
   

Responsibilities  

 

The successful candidate will also be responsible for the following:  

  • First point of contact for customers – meet and greet in person, over the phone and on email 
  • Managing a high volume of inbound calls and address queries over the phone 
  • Manage booking system 
  • Provide administrative support to the team 
  • Preparing reports through excel 
  • Ad hoc administrative duties as required 

 
Requirements/Skills 

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills - must be professional, upbeat, friendly 
  • Experience working in a busy administration role  or high paced customer service environment  
  • High attention to detail required, being proactive 
  • Competency with IT systems – MS suite, particularly excel and familiar with data bases
