SAP Integration Lead

12-month Fixed Term Contract – $150k + Super
20 days annual leave + sick pay entitlements
Sydney-based, hybrid working

Global, industry-leading client embarking on a large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation program across ANZ and require an experienced SAP Integration Lead/Architect to join the delivery team. This is a pivotal role at the heart of a major enterprise transformation, where you will shape and deliver integration solutions that ensure business-critical processes run seamlessly. You’ll be responsible for defining integration architecture, guiding strategy, and managing execution, while working closely with technical teams, business stakeholders, and global colleagues. It’s a hands-on leadership opportunity that offers complexity, visibility, and the chance to directly influence program success.

The Role

Design and deliver secure, scalable integration architecture connecting SAP S/4HANA with legacy and third-party systems
Lead integration activities using SAP Integration Suite and other middleware/iPaaS platforms
Manage data migration from legacy systems, ensuring accuracy and consistency
Oversee integration across finance, sales, and supply chain processes to support critical operations
Ensure performance, compliance, and security standards are met across all integrations
Support go-live, post-implementation stability, and knowledge transfer to local teams

About You

5+ years’ SAP integration experience, including S/4HANA
Strong expertise with SAP Integration Suite or similar platforms (experience with Boomi highly beneficial)
Proven track record in data migration and complex integration delivery
Confident stakeholder engagement and collaboration skills across business and technical teams
Problem-solving mindset with awareness of compliance and security considerations
SAP certifications and cloud/microservices integration experience desirable
