Job description
Test Lead – SAP S/4HANA- 12 month FTC
- $125k + Super
- Sydney CBD / Hybrid 3 days
This is not a hands-on testing role. Instead, you will provide structure, oversight, and leadership — ensuring testing activities run smoothly across multiple teams, vendors, and business users. You’ll act as the central point of coordination, bringing together technical specialists, third-party partners, and internal stakeholders to deliver a testing program that is thorough, transparent, and aligned to project goals.
It’s an opportunity for someone who enjoys operating in a challenging, multi-stakeholder environment, has a sharp eye for risk, and can balance detail with big-picture delivery.
The Role
- Own the testing strategy and plan across SIT, regression, UAT, and cutover
- Lead and coordinate testing with vendors, consultants, and business users
- Run structured defect triage, ensuring timely resolution and minimal risk
- Report on testing progress, issues, and risks to project leadership
- Guide and support business users through UAT
About You
- Experienced Test Lead on ERP/SAP projects (S/4HANA ideal)
- Strong understanding of testing phases, tools, and defect management
- Excellent stakeholder management and vendor coordination skills
- Industry knowledge in publishing/finance a plus
