About the company
You will be working with the second largest governing body for schools globally within the Finance and Infrastructure team as a Support Officer. This is an exciting full time permanent opportunity to implement a newly developed online program by provide support/ training and direction to School Administrators and Teachers.
Responsibilities
- Be the first point of contact for queries/ training and direction from Teachers and other education staff to navigate the system
- Support schools in the use of applications through the system
- Be involved in the census school data process
- Liaise closely with Shared Services and the broader Finance and Infrastructure Services Staff Group
- Provide customer feedback to team
- Reporting requirements
- Other duties as required by the Executive Director
About you
- Demonstrated experience working in school administration/ student lifecycle
- Highly developed analytical and problem solving skills
- The ability to initiate innovative and practical solutions including experience in analysing financial data
- Strong time management skills
- Ability to mentor staff in the implementation of best practice business processes highly regarded
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills is absolutely essential
