About the Role
The Senior Business Analyst partners with Finance Directors and Associate Directors within Operations and Transformation Services to design and operationalise the business improvement practice within Finance. This role provides leadership of the business improvement practice and business analysis tools and templates.
Key Responibilities
- Working with the Finance Director, Operations and Transformation Services and Associate Director, Finance Operations, and Finance Directors and manages the Continuous Improvement (CI) practice
- Undertakes requirements gathering and business analysis for programs of work
- Process Mapping Analysis and Improvements
- Key stakeholder and third party engagement, and alignment with governance frameworks
- Quality Assurance
- Supports the ongoing operational readiness / capability of Finance teams introducing system changes
- Great communication
- Undertakes ad-hoc projects and other activities
- SAP Ariba experience desirable
