Working across tens of projects for the large customer banking segment of one of the Big 4, you will enjoy line of sight to the Banks senior most leaders as well as a host of internal and external stakeholders working across the full suite of project management disciplines. It will be one of the largest Agile programs in the region.
Your role as a key coordination point in this large scale body of change work with involve working across anything from project design, RFP creation and MSA finalisation, ensuring model efficiency, escalation and presentation to senior leaders and stakeholders, vendor service and product selection and partnership management, cost models and planning and communication schedules across some 2000 plus people.
You will ideally come with Banking Consulting, as well as large scale banking or corporate transformation or restructure experience where you have been the driver of the program, not solely the change executioner. Success in managing multiple, large ticket external vendor and product partnerships will be essential.
