Job description

- Up to $739.13 a day (incl of super)
Tier 1 Agency is looking for 2 Site Foreman to oversee construction activities on building sites in Carlingford.
The Agency requires you to have had your COVID vaccine and to be happy with a Medical Check to be conducted. Weekend work will be required (2 Saturdays monthly)
Responsibilities:
- Supervise the site construction activities of the workforce (oversee 70 workers at peak on site)
- Work done includes finishing off structures, in between fit out and facade works.
- Ensure the safe and successful completion of the project on schedule, within budget and to the specified quality.
- Apply construction-related skills to complete construction activities following well established procedures and timelines, to support safe and efficient daily site operations.
- May assist more experienced construction workers with aspects of moderately complex construction activities.
About you:
- At least 3-5 years of experience as a Foreman on Tier 1 and/or Tier 2 projects (at a minimum Residential medium density experience)
- Strong focus on Safety
- Valid drivers license and White card
- Nice to have Cert 3 Carpentry or Cert 4 Building and Construction
- Excellent communication skills
