Finance Analyst – $100k–$110k + SuperCBD Location | Hybrid Working
We’re partnering with a well-established and growing business to appoint a Finance Analyst into their high-performing finance team. This role is ideal for someone with a solid foundation in finance who is looking to step up, learn quickly, and broaden their commercial exposure.
The Opportunity
This position will play a key role in supporting the Expenses and Cost side of the P&L, giving you real visibility across the business. You’ll work closely with both finance and operational stakeholders to ensure cost performance is well understood, accurately reported, and effectively managed.
It’s a great opportunity for someone who is curious, proactive, and keen to develop into a well-rounded commercial finance professional.
Key Responsibilities
- Ownership of cost and expense reporting, including monthly analysis and insights
- Supporting the month-end process with a focus on cost lines and variance analysis
- Partnering with key stakeholders across the business to understand and challenge cost drivers
- Assisting with budgeting and forecasting for operational expenses
- Providing clear, actionable commentary to support decision-making
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes, controls, and reporting accuracy
About You
- 2–4+ years’ experience in a finance or analyst role
- Working towards (or recently completed) CA / CPA qualification
- Strong Excel skills and an analytical mindset
- Confident communicator, comfortable engaging with non-finance stakeholders
- Naturally curious with a genuine desire to learn and develop
- Ability to take ownership and work in a fast-paced environment
