Role summary
An opportunity to join a well-established, high-performing professional services organisation in a key finance position. Reporting to a commercially focused leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring financial integrity, delivering meaningful reporting, and partnering with stakeholders to support strategic decision-making and business performance.

About the role
- Lead the end-to-end month-end process, including preparation of financial statements and balance sheet reconciliations
- Prepare timely and insightful management reports for senior stakeholders
- Maintain the general ledger and ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards
- Support budgeting and forecasting cycles, including detailed variance analysis
- Partner with operational leaders to provide financial insights and performance analysis
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance reporting accuracy and efficiency
- Assist with audit preparation and statutory reporting requirements
Skills & experience
- CA/CPA qualified
- Proven capability in budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis
- Commercially astute with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Confident communicator with the ability to engage non-finance stakeholders
- Detail-oriented with a proactive, continuous improvement mindset
