About the Role
I’m currently partnering with an Industrial Equipment Manufacturing & Services business, looking for an experienced Finance Manager. This role suits a hands-on finance professional with strong technical capability and proven experience working through change, integration, or transformation environments. The position combines project-based delivery with long-term operational leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the financial integration of a newly acquired business, including systems, processes, and controls
- Manage month-end close and oversee core accounting operations (GL, AP, AR, fixed assets)
- Prepare management and statutory reporting with variance analysis
- Ensure compliance with group policies, IFRS, and internal controls
- Partner with stakeholders and drive ongoing process improvement
- CPA/CA/ACCA
- Experience managing a team of 4+ direct reports
- ERP Systems experience needed
- Deep understanding of IFRS
