Supporting a team of partners and accountant with the administration and working closely with the offshore team, while building and maintaining relationships through excellent service delivery. About the Role

Key skills/ responsibilities:
- Acting as the first point of contact for clients
- Client onboarding and document management
- Supporting the Directors and managers
- Coordinate ASIC and ATO payments
- Assist in training new administration staff
- Implementing process improvement
- 2 years + experience within the public practice sector
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to prioritise your work
- Strong attention to detail
- Pro active approach towards your work
- Experience with ATO lodgements
- Work in a high performing, diverse inclusive and supportive team, with an opportunity to apply your strong client services and ASIC experience, while utilising your skills.
