About the Role:

A leading Not for Profit based in the eastern suburbs is seeking an enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Officer to support the recruitment function. This short-term contract is an excellent opportunity to gain experience in a fast-paced, public-sector environment where no day is the same. You will partner with managers from across the business to assist them in finding top talent for their teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality support in end-to-end recruitment activities
  • Assist hiring managers and candidates with recruitment processes
  • Ensure compliance with pre-employment requirements and council policies
  • Maintain recruitment data and generate reports for process improvements
  • Support onboarding activities to create a seamless experience for new hires
About You:

  • Degree/Diploma in Business (or relevant experience in a similar role)
  • Experience working in a talent acquisition role for a large and diverse organisation
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and recruitment software
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience using social media for recruitment is highly desirable
