The Role

Our client is on the lookout for a Test Analyst with a keen eye for detail and a drive for excellence. This is your chance to be part of a pivotal project team tasked with delivering a CMS

Responsibilities
  • Direct Involvement: Immerse yourself in the product delivery lifecycle with hands-on test execution, setting the standard for quality.
  • Strategic Collaboration: Work alongside business SMEs to craft and document UAT test scenarios, ensuring comprehensive coverage.
  • Leadership in UAT: Guide and supervise the UAT process, ensuring the plan is executed flawlessly.
  • Quality Assurance Stewardship: Own the quality assurance process from start to finish, guaranteeing software integrity and performance.
  • Test Strategy Alignment: Align test plans, cases, and scripts with the overarching test strategy, ensuring consistency and clarity.
  • Defect Troubleshooting: Partner with functional consultants to pinpoint and resolve defects, enhancing product reliability.
  • QA Practices and Processes: Define and refine quality assurance practices, setting new standards in software development.
  • Data Integrity: Validate data migration, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Deployment Participation: Engage in deployment activities, including implementation and PVT plans, to ensure smooth transitions.
  • Process Adherence: Commit to project processes and delivery tools like Azure DevOps, fostering a disciplined and efficient workflow.
About You
  • ISTQB Certification: Hold ISTQB certifications, with a preference for Test Analyst qualifications.
  • Proven Experience: Bring at least 5 years of hands-on experience in Testing/Quality Assurance roles, including Test Lead and Test Analyst positions.
  • SaaS and Microsoft Expertise: Have a strong background in SaaS/Microsoft solutions and integration testing with various digital services.
  • Agile Proficiency: Be well-versed in Agile (Scrum/Kanban) delivery processes and ceremonies.
  • Collaborative Problem-Solving: Demonstrate the ability to work closely with functional consultants to identify and resolve issues creatively and proactively.
  • Team-Oriented: Exhibit a team spirit and a drive for delivery excellence.
