This leading ASX listed business is currently going through a large transformation and are currently looking for a A&I consultant with experience working across large programs of work.  In this role you will play a pivotal part working with senior level stakeholders, you will have a strong background in consulting, identifying and shaping opportunities and confident in facilitation.  You will enjoy working in a highly driven, professional and collaborative team in a newly created position.

Essential Skills / Background

 

  • Working closely with process owners, provide process transformation and project management skills to drive business initiatives to standardize and optimize processes
  • Provide change and thought leadership, questioning data, looking for opportunities for improvement, and helping to determine how to leverage new capabilities to do things differently
  • Perform detailed data and business process analysis and develop conclusions to present to business leaders (opportunity identification, readiness assessment, business justification) – Process, technology and automation opportunities, Roadmap development
  • Identifies opportunities for Automation – Machine Learning, Robotics, etc.
  • Drive business decisions across multiple stakeholders
  • Business process design and documentation; Gather and present business requirements
  • Provide support to Change Management and Training teams to drive change management and new process training with internal teams, external stakeholder teams, suppliers and customers
  • May serve as business lead on IT projects to manage the impact of change on business operations and ensure the business strategic objectives are executed and implemented resulting in organizational value
  • Facilitate discussions between IT and business in rolling out new technology capabilities
  • Lead cross functional, cross location teams, in identifying and resolving issues, tracking status, etc.


Requirements

  • BS/BA Business or equivalent experience preferred
  • A minimum of 3-5 years professional experience preferred
  • Analytical & Word Processing: Must demonstrate command of MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook)
  • Presentation: must demonstrate clear, concise articulation of proposed actions, illustrating opportunity, alternatives, recommendation and associated economics
  • Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills; Provide analytical/data insights to support business hypothesis and decision making
  • Expert in analysis of processes to ensure and promote effective business and systems operations through standardization, improvement and simplification
  • Excellent communication and presentation delivery skills
  • Balances tactical day to day challenges with the strategic direction of project
  • Strong organization, facilitation, and project management skills
  • Adept at working with a variety of personalities and driving consensus across a varied set of stakeholders
  • Consultant, Business Systems Analysis and/or Operational excellence experience
  • Lean Six Sigma experience preferred
  • Customer Service or Customer Administration operations experience; knowledge of customer service/customer administration & Supply Chain processes & technology
